For us, coffee is life – the great aroma and taste is something that makes us feel very alive and connected with the rest of the world. In 2006, we made the decision to roast our own coffee after having it contracted roasted for many years. This decision was made so that we could achieve better quality control to make sure our customers would always have the best taste profiles and selections that we can offer.

Designed within a space limited to 300 to 500 square feet, this concept will provide you with the appeal of a full service Café, all within a smaller space. The Kiosk concept is ideal for food courts, malls, universities, professional centers, airports, hotels, hospitals and resorts.

Our time-proven Moxie Java® Espresso Café concept is the core of the Moxie Java® System. Designed for the Café spirited entrepreneur, this concept is spacious with plenty of room for socializing, relaxing and taking in the aromas of our fine coffees. Generally sized between 1600 to 1800 square feet, this concept will provide for greater flexibility of design. Want a great add-on? We recommend integrating a drive-thru window in your Moxie Java® Café if applicable.

The Moxie Java® Café features a wide variety of customer pleasing, multi – seasonal beverages including our own espresso and brewed coffee drinks made from our  fluid bed air-roasted coffees, gourmet hot and cold tea drinks and specialty frozen blended beverages featuring our own Moxie Java® Moxaccinos™ and Breezas™. Our Moxie Java® breakfast wraps, quiche and on premise Bakery offer a full line of breakfast items to compliment our guests coffee.  Add to that our lunch Bagels and Wraps, Soups and Salads, we then have all of the day parts satisfied to create a successful business.

Moxie Java International®, LLC (MJI) is America’s only franchisor of a proprietary gourmet coffee and espresso concept along with a proprietary gelato gourmet Italian style ice cream concept.

The Moxie Java® Bistro concept is 2000 to 2400 square feet, larger than the Café concept. This concept has all of the spaciousness of the Café concept for socializing and relaxing with our wonderful coffee and also many made to order food items from breakfast, lunch and dinner entrees, and gelato, Italian ice cream. A drive-thru window is also recommended if applicable.

With the addition of our new Moxie Java Bistro® concept, MJI provides our franchisees a flexible system all under one established international brand name.
