Another autumn’s here, and that means another school year is starting at Boise State. For almost twenty years, that’s also meant a new crew of bight-eyed Moxie Java baristas are on hand at the SUB and MPCB to help students, faculty, staff and visitors wake up and get through the day. Drop by, grab a bev and meet our new crew!
Moxie Java is proud to supply coffee to more than 200 men and women in the Idaho Air National Guard’s 124th Fighter Wing which was deployed in late spring 2016 to support combat operations in the Middle East.
The hottest thing in coffee these days (especially on those really hot days!) is cold brew. Steeped over time with nary any hot water in sight, cold brew makes for an extremely bold but extremely smooth chilled coffee that got a an extra caffeine kick. Not your mother’s iced coffee, that’s for sure. This stuff might make you give up hot coffee for good (or until fall, anyway).
